Employment opportunities are advertised when they become available during the year. We do not have an annual intake process or set periods for recruiting new employees.
You can search, view and apply for current positions with Legal Aid WA through the WA Government Jobs Board website. Registering for its email alerts will let you know about new opportunities at Legal Aid WA as soon as they are advertised.
We do not accept unsolicited expressions of interest or resumes for future opportunities. Applications for positions, including employment pools, must be made using the process explained on the Jobs Board website once a vacancy is advertised.
Volunteers and vacation clerks
We offer a limited number of unpaid internships for final year law students. We also have limited opportunities for law graduates to complete their practical legal training work experience hours with us. Recruitment for these positions occurs annually through the WA Government Jobs Board website.
