Does Legal Aid WA have to help me?
Legal Aid WA aims to help all West Australians access legal information and services. To balance the competing demands on our resources, we have guidelines that help us prioritise who we help and what assistance we can give.
There are some legal problems that we do not deal with and we will refer you to someone else for help.
What can I do if I am unhappy with Legal Aid WA’s services?
We take our role and responsibilities very seriously. We invite people to give feedback about our services and resources, including our websites.
You can also make a complaint about Legal Aid WA employees and lawyers, as well as private practitioners acting for us under a grant of aid.
What does Legal Aid WA do with my personal information?
Legal Aid WA holds comprehensive information on all people who receive legal assistance from us.
