Volunteers

We offer a limited number of unpaid internships for final year law students.  Recruitment for these positions occurs annually through the WA Government Jobs Board website and in accordance with the university recommended recruitment dates.

Students who are enrolled in a university internship program may also be nominated for a volunteer placement at Legal Aid WA.  These opportunities are by agreement between the university and Legal Aid WA, and are subject to availability.

We also have limited opportunities for law graduates undertaking a practical legal training course to complete their practical work experience with us. Recruitment for these positions takes place bi-annually through the WA Government Jobs Board website.
