State - Family Court Amendment (Commonwealth Reforms) Act 2024

The substantive provisions (Parts 2 & 3) of the Family Court Amendment (Commonwealth Reforms) Act 2024 have been proclaimed. The amendments will apply to all new proceedings and any part-heard matters from Monday 10 February 2025.
