The DARDY project
DARDY: Disability Advocacy and Referral Diversion for Young people
The DARDY project helps young people under 25 years old with unmet needs through a holistic, culturally safe, therapeutic case management service.
DARDY works in partnership with State wide agencies and young people who may be experiencing difficulties due to disability to develop positive pathways to necessary supports. DARDY aims to improve outcomes and to create better, stronger futures.
DARDY works on the premise 'it takes a village to raise a child'. We are working to create a collaborative network of partners, providers and services throughout Western Australia who are committed to improving long term outcomes for young people under 25 years, who have unmet needs.
DARDY is a culturally safe, holistic, multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approach to case management.
We work in partnership with young people and their supports to improve outcomes and help them to access short and long term community supports.
DARDY has a strong First Nations and culturally and linguistically divers client focus and is committed to developing positive connections in the First Nations and CALD community.
