Legal Aid WA gives CLCs and other not-for-profit legal service providers access to the legal resources we create for our own staff. This is part of Legal Aid WA's commitment to supporting the community legal sector.
Our resources for lawyers are now hosted on this site. Once you log in, you will be able to view the pages containing our civil, criminal and family law essentials and resources.
Organisations and agencies that previously had access to our Partnership Resources can now use the new system. You can email us if your organisation has not received instructions on how to use your new account.
What do the resources for lawyers include?
- Legal essentials aimed to give practitioners a detailed overview of the relevant law that applies to a range of important civil, criminal and family law topics.
- Manuals designed only to be used under supervision by legal practitioners, which must not be distributed to members of the public.
Alongside the resources for practitioners, we have also included Legal Aid WA infosheets or self-help resources that are available to the public for that topic.
Who can apply for access to the resources for lawyers?
Access is restricted to Legal Aid WA staff and approved users who are not-for-profit organisations providing free or low-cost legal services to low income earners.
