Borrowing money

If you need borrow money, or someone wants you to be a guarantor or co-borrower, you could end up with legal problems over money.

If you don’t pay your debts on time, you may end up with a credit report that will make it hard to borrow money in the future. You may need to take action early to avoid being hassled about repaying money.

If you used a car, house, or other property to secure the loan or guarantee, the lender might be able to sell it to have the money repaid.

This information will help you to understand more about the legal issues with borrowing money.
