Partnership Resources

 What are Partnership Resources?

Partnership resources include:
  • The Legal Hub
  • Legal Referrals Directory
  • CLC Newsletter, and
  • Precedents developed by Legal Aid WA.

The Legal Hub is a site that provides access to a range of resources and information from one location and supports practitioners when giving advice and assistance to clients on a range of civil, criminal and family law topics. Specifically, it includes:

  • Legal Essentials pages - these contain information designed purely for practitioners and provide an introductory overview of a range of legal topics and more technical legal information, including case and legislative references.
  • Resources - these are a collection of publications such as information sheets, kits and pamphlets designed for the public as well as manuals such as the Duty Lawyer Briefcase, designed to assist practitioners in the provision of legal services.
  • Legal Aid WA website link - You can also link to the Legal Aid WA website from the Hub, where there are a  range of webpages for the public, containing information about the law.
