To access the online application for any panel or list that is currently open for application go to PANELS AND LISTS ONLINE APPLICATION

Application documents

As part of your online application, you will need to upload certain documents. In advance you may wish to download, complete and save these documents to your computer before commencing the online application process. This will ensure they are ready to upload when you need them.

You must meet certain criteria if you wish to apply for membership of a particular panel or list. To ensure you qualify, consider the Legal Aid WA Panels and Lists Membership Criteria before you commence the online application process.

Payment for services - Legal Creditor Registration Form

When you become a member of a panel or list and provide services in matters funded by Legal Aid WA, payment for those services will be made to you by electronic funds transfer. The details used for payment are taken from a Legal Creditor Registration Form.  If you are not already registered as a legal creditor with Legal Aid WA, you must ensure a Legal Creditor Registration Form is completed and submitted.
If any of your details change, you must ensure a further Legal Creditor Registration Form is submitted with the new details.  Legal Aid WA requires 14 days' notice to apply the changes noted in the Form.
If you are registered for GST please use this Legal Creditor Registration Form (GST). If you are not registered for GST please use this Legal Creditor Registration Form (non GST). Please provide the completed form to Legal Aid WA by email:

Grants Online (GOL) - applying for access

The Firm Registration Form prompts you to apply  for access to Grants Online ("GOL"), which is Legal Aid WA's online grants management system.

To apply for access to GOL, please complete and submit the Grants Online Firm Activation Form available from the Grants Online webpage.
