Information for lawyers


This information is to assist WA private practitioners who provide legal services funded by legal Aid WA or who wish to apply to do so. Legal Aid WA has developed strong partnerships with private practitioners located throughout WA.

These partnerships ensure that the demand for legal services to disadvantaged members of the community are met. The

Assessing section within the Client Services Division of Legal Aid WA administers funding for legal services in line with Federal and State Government funding priorities.
