Partnership Resources include The Legal Hub, the Legal Referrals Directory, the CLC Newsletter and precedents developed by Legal Aid WA.
The Legal Hub is a site that provides access to a range of resources and information from one location and supports practitioners when giving advice and assistance to clients on a range of civil, criminal and family law topics. Specifically, it includes:
- Legal Essentials pages - to replace the information pages previously contained in the Legal Resource System (LRS)
- Resources - Publications such as information sheets, kits, pamphlets and manuals, as well as links to useful sites such as the Information About the Law section of Legal Aid WA's website.

Gaining access to Partnership Resources
If you are not currently an authorised user, you will need to meet the criteria for authorisation and request access.
Partnership Resources are made available to not-for-profit services that provide legal services to their clients. Agencies provided with access must have a solicitor with a current practising certificate in their employ and must submit the following declaration accompanied by a signed agreement for Legal Aid WA to consider prior to determining whether to provide access.
The declaration and agreement can only be signed by a person authorised to enter into a contract of this nature.
