This information is to assist WA legal practitioners who provide legal services under a grant of legal aid or who wish to apply to do so. Legal Aid WA has developed strong partnerships with private legal practitioners (panel practitioners) located throughout WA. These partnerships ensure that the demand for legal services to disadvantaged members of the community are met. Assessing located in the Client Services Division of Legal Aid WA administers funding for legal services in line with Federal and State Government funding priorities.
